Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day return period from date of delivery, just complete the Return Request form below and we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes  being in the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging. The company shall not be obliged to accept any cancellation of an order by the buyer except as its own absolute discretion and then only in writing. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations. If a return is received back to us and is not "as new" condition, we  will return the item to you, without a refund. 


Upon receiving your order, it is essential that you inspect it carefully and let the delivery team know if you are not satisfied. Our quality team is committed to ensuring all items are of the highest standards before they are sent to you. In the case that something is wrong or missing, please contact us immediately and our team will assess the situation. We will either provide a full refund, arrange a repair, or replace the item.


Upon collection of your order, the inspection process can take up to 72 hours. Once the review is done, our team will process the refund and will send you an email to confirm. Please note that the refund may take up to 10-14 business days for it to appear in your bank account.


If a delivery is refused by you the customer or it doesn't fit in to your property due to the size you will be liable for the return charge which is determined by the courier. The associated cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations.
