What is Klarna?


A new way to purchase your Cheshire Luxe Home pieces lets you spread the cost over 3 interest-free Instalments. Unsure on sizing or style? Order and try from the comfort of your home and only make the payment once you're happy with your purchase. In order to qualify for 'Pay in 3 instalments' you typically have a minimum spend requirement of £35 and a maximum of £1000. 


Cheshire Luxe Home is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. The credit product is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over, subject to status. Terms & conditions apply. Please note that the following products are not regulated by the FCA (Pay in 30 days and Pay in 3 instalments) 

How does Klarna work?


Just follow our step-by-step guide above! Simply shop your favourite pieces, choose Klarna as a payment method at the checkout and your parcel is on its way. You will know if you've been approved or not in seconds and you'll then receive a confirmation email from Klarna.

Are there any fees to Klarna?


There are no extra fees for shopping with Klarna if you follow your payment schedule correctly.

 
How do I pay in 3 interest-free instalments?


At checkout select the 3 interest-free instalments option, this will split your purchase into 3 equal payments that will be taken once each month. This time period starts at the time of your order. 

When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?


Klarna makes no difference to your delivery time, whichever delivery is selected at checkout is how your Cheshire Luxe Home piece will arrive. 
 
How do automatic payments work?


Payments are collected on the allocated dates of the debit or credit card given at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments will be sent over email so you won't miss anything. You can view your purchase by logging into Klarna.

How does PayPal in 3 work? 

 

  1. Add the items you love to your bag 
  2. Check out securely with PayPal and choose Pay in 3
  3. Log into or create your PayPal account and complete your purchase

 

How can I pay with PayPal Pay in 3?

 

Just choose to pay with PayPal when you shop online, log into your PayPal account and, if it is an eligible transaction, you'll see PayPal Pay in 3 as one of the available payment methods. 

 

How long will my PayPal Pay in 3 plan last?

 

The plan will last 2 months in total. The first payment will be due at the time of purchase, followed by 2 further payments due each month after that.

 

Are there any fees associated with PayPal Pay in 3?

 

There are no fees for choosing to pay with PayPal Pay in 3, however if you are late with a payment, you may be charged.

We offer a 14 day return period from date of delivery, just complete the Return Request form below and we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes  being in the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging. The company shall not be obliged to accept any cancellation of an order by the buyer except as its own absolute discretion and then only in writing. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations. If a return is received back to us and is not "as new" condition, we  will return the item to you, without a refund. We will process your refund within 14 days of return of the products, however  different banks and card company terms vary, so please allow up to 20 days for it to reach your account. We are unable to  offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange please cancel your existing order and place a new one.

 

If a delivery is refused by you the customer or it doesn't fit in to your property due to the size you will be liable for the return charge which is determined by the courier. The associated cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations.
