Please note that in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners we cannot guarantee delivery in the estimated time frame. Due to the impact on airlines and flight availability from the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some delays on orders. Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds of the shipping charges on delayed orders as this is beyond our control.

 

Our delivery teams are fully trained and highly skilled in fitting furniture. Please check measurements before we deliver any items, use a tape measure to size-up your doors and hallways to help plan the easiest route into your desired room. Check your delivery details are correct, including address and contact details. Make sure there is clear access and parking for the delivery drivers. Please note we are unable to move existing furniture and remove any doors or windows. Once a delivery date is confirmed, cancelling your delivery within 96 hours of the date you will incur a full charge.

 

All our beds require assembly instructions will be added when delivered.

We offer a 14 day return period from date of delivery, just complete the Return Request form below and we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes  being in the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging. The company shall not be obliged to accept any cancellation of an order by the buyer except as its own absolute discretion and then only in writing. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations. If a return is received back to us and is not "as new" condition, we  will return the item to you, without a refund. We will process your refund within 14 days of return of the products, however  different banks and card company terms vary, so please allow up to 20 days for it to reach your account. We are unable to  offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange please cancel your existing order and place a new one.

 

If a delivery is refused by you the customer or it doesn't fit in to your property due to the size you will be liable for the return charge which is determined by the courier. The associated cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations.
