Promotions Terms

Codes and Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Codes may only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Discount cannot be transferred or exchanged for any purpose, amount, gift, item, money, vouchers, or other value.
 
2. As a result of using the Code, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please do not use the Code if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.
 
3. The Discount is valid only during the promotional period stated in the promotional material ("Promotion Period"). Discounts will cease to be available after the Promotion Period ends.

   - Purchase items from the Website stated in the Promotion to be eligible for the Promotion;

5. In the event of a malfunction of software or network that prevents the use or application of the code, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion. However, we will strive to minimize the effect to Participants in order to avoid unseen disappointment.
 
6. The terms of sale apply to all purchases made using the Code. If goods purchased with the Discount are returned for a refund, the Discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
 
7. When you have received the Code upon registering for a Cheshire Luxe Home account, you must comply with the New Customer Sign Up terms and conditions.
 
8. All liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion is exempt to the fullest extent allowed by law.
