We offer a 14 day return period from date of delivery, just complete the Return Request form below and we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging. The company shall not be obliged to accept any cancellation of an order by the buyer except as its own absolute discretion and then only in writing. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations. If a return is received back to us and is not "as new" condition, we will return the item to you, without a refund. We will process your refund within 14 days of return of the products, however different banks and card company terms vary, so please allow up to 20 days for it to reach your account. We are unable to offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange please cancel your existing order and place a new one.
If a delivery is refused by you the customer or it doesn't fit in to your property due to the size you will be liable for the return charge which is determined by the courier. The associated cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. A minimum of 20% handling charge will be imposed on all returns or cancellations.
